NEVER EVER VISIT THIS STORE, AND I WONâT BE RECOMMENDING IT TO ANYONE!
Last night, I had a very bad experience with this store. I ordered three subs for delivery, and the delivery driver arrived at the store at 10:09 PM to pick up the order. We understand that delays can happen when a store is busy, but by 10:30 PMâmy estimated delivery timeâthe order still hadnât been handed over.
I called the store to check on the status of my order or see if there was any issue. At first, my call was picked up and then immediately disconnected. When I called again a few minutes later, a female staff member answered. Within just five seconds of me asking about my order, she rudely said, âTalk in the native language if you donât know how to speak English.â Instead of politely informing me that my food was not yet ready, she falsely claimed that no delivery person was there and added that she wouldnât be delivering the food herself.
However, we confirmed with the driver that he was at the store the entire time. Strangely, within a minute of this conversation, the food was suddenly marked as handed over at 10:40 PM (pictures attached).
She showed extreme unprofessionalism and rude behavior. Instead of acknowledging the delay, she was dismissive and disrespectful. She should be trained in proper workplace etiquette before being allowed to interact with customers, as such behavior can seriously harm...

Firstly, I placed an order through your app, but the order did not show up, and I had no way of confirming its status. When I tried to call your store to inquire about the order, I was met with extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff member who answered the phone. To make matters worse, she did not even ask for the order number to help resolve the issue. Instead, she responded with disrespect, and in a condescending manner, told me that I should speak in Punjabi.
I was taken aback by her lack of courtesy and professionalism, especially considering it was my first time ordering from your store. This behavior is not only unacceptable but also reflects poorly on the reputation of your business. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity, which was clearly not the case here.
