The worst Tim hortons in world I have ever seen. I have waited almost 10 minutes to get my icecap after placing the order, it was still not ready and I asked them for refund because I couldn’t wait so long as my break was over. They refunded it but after requesting two -three times. Its not only single time its always like this our 30 minutes break get waste only in ordering food and getting food, don’t even get time to eat. Its not that they have less staff, they have enough staff to work, but they just walk here and there and only one person do everything. Went and informed the employee and same person, basically called me a liar and very rudely stated that never happens. I told it does happen, she did make me another coffee. She was the rudest employee I ever came across at this location. I'm a regular at the hospital. I will tell you that spoiled cream does happen. ie: Tim's Bank and Heron ie: Tim's Merivale and Central Park. Channeling my inner old man for a moment, I would have to say that the motley crew staffing this location were more interested in goofing off than completing and order accurately. The supervisor was clearly very experienced as they knew precisely where to hide in such a small location. I may be wrong about hiding ... perhaps it was camouflage.
