I recently visited Tim Hortons with high hopes of enjoying a satisfying meal, but my experience was nothing short of disappointing. From the incorrect order to the lackluster service, this visit left a sour taste in my mouth, figuratively and literally.
First and foremost, I ordered a turkey melt sandwich, expecting a delicious combination of flavors. To my dismay, what I received was a turkey melt with pork instead of turkey. It was a complete departure from what I had anticipated, and I couldn't help but feel deceived. Not only did this mistake result in an unsatisfactory meal, but it also highlighted a lack of attention to detail in the kitchen. If Tim Hortons can't even get the basics right, it raises questions about the overall quality of their food.
Adding to my disappointment was the abysmal service I encountered. The staff seemed indifferent and unconcerned about the mistakes made. When I brought the issue to their attention, their lack of empathy was evident. They failed to acknowledge their error and did not offer any solutions or alternatives. Their dismissive attitude left me feeling undervalued as a customer and, quite frankly, it tarnished the reputation of the Tim Hortons brand in my eyes.
To make matters worse, instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, the staff had the audacity to ask me to prove that they had given me the wrong order. It was as if I was the one at fault for their incompetence. This level of customer service is simply unacceptable. As a paying customer, I should not be burdened with the task of proving their mistakes. This request further highlighted the lack of accountability and professionalism within the establishment.
In conclusion, my experience at Tim Hortons was far from satisfactory. The mix-up with my order, coupled with the indifferent service and the request for proof of their mistake, left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned. Tim Hortons should be a place where customers can rely on quality food and exceptional service, but sadly, my visit fell short on both fronts. Until I see a marked improvement in their attention to detail and customer service, I cannot recommend Tim Hortons to others, and I will be hesitant to...
Read moreTerrible like usual. This location is the most convenient for my morning commute but as always my order is consistently wrong. The staff is constantly trying to rush you thru the drive thru and makes no effort to take your order properly or even make it as you've requested. This morning was the last straw for me and I will never return. Order was wrong again and I don't have time to return to the store and get replacements made and continue on my day. I've asked numerous times if there's a reason why it seems so difficult to get this very simple order right and consistent from day to day. I'm always polite and patient and never rude or impatient and still I get poor service and the wrong meals? After today's experience I was willing to drive back and pull my toddler out of the car and go inside to see a manager but as a parent it's extremely inconvenient to do so when a schedule is so pressed for time. So instead I have a breakfast wrap I can't eat, a cold mangled hash brown and a coffee that isn't even close to my preference that I will not be having as my breakfast. So thank you Tim Hortons for the terrible experience yet again and the disappointment of wasting my time and money. We will be in touch as I would like my money back and some sort of effort on your managements part to make good...
Read moreI used to go to this tims in the morning after my night shift and get a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. The bagel would sometimes be toasted properly but my main issue was when I found a chunk of something (probably a dried up, rubber-y cream cheese crumb - ew lol) on my bagel. It was an instant turn off for me and I couldn't eat the rest.
If I'm planning on getting a food item I go to the one a but further down the road. If it's just a coffee and I'm feeling lucky I'll go there.
The one time the drive thru presenter yelled "NEXT!" after she gave me my stuff gave me a chuckle. If it was for the car behind me...I don't think they heard you. If it was meant for me all I can say is that I waited 5 minutes in the drive thru for 2 coffees so i think you can wait the 3 seconds it takes me to put them in my cup holder then put my hands back on the wheel. Give them in a tray and it might only take me 2 seconds instead of 3. You'll shave a whole second off your OEPE times!
Admittedly, these things happened about a year ago so maybe (and the word 'maybe' is holding a lot of weight here) it's gotten better since then. I really like the one down the road in the morning and I don't feel the need to try this ones food again because all I can think about are those dried up, rubber-y cream...
