As a resident of beautiful Parrsboro Nova Scotia, It is very upsetting to have the same male employee working almost daily, very loudly complaining about management, being disrespectful to customers and fellow staff, cussing and carrying on as if their guests cannot hear them. This employee knows full well what he is doing and trying to recruit the younger employees to follow along or they to fear being treated like garbage is something that needs to be address. Love this local Tims. We stop here whenever we are in the area and the staff is always friendly, accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with. The usual, fresh food expected from any Tims. The only thing that I could say isn’t perfect, (which isn’t much) is that I do notice that many of the Tims these days always seem to have some of the doughnuts and pastries out of order in the display case. Very few times I have been at a Tim Hortons where the people call you "Dear" and tell a senior person to go sit down and they will bring their order when ready. This is a very special place. Clean, well prepared food and my all time favorite "coconut cream donut " available. The Ukranian lady at the cash was extremely pleasant. Today I started my day with this very good breakfast at a very good place....
