Tim Hortons guest care is absolutely no help
Went through the drive-through ordered two large teas and a large coffee as well as two sausage egg farmers wraps with the coupon that was on the app 2-$7
When we got to the window I was handed a few incorrect things like an extra large coffee and only one Breakfast wrap, Then was told I would get a refund at the window and the lady scanned my scan and pay again which led me to get charged twice 2 completely different amounts. And then was told I had to wait a few business days to get a callback from the store manager to start a refund process or I could just get it back on a gift card instantly. Have been told I have to contact them online for mobile issues (scan and pay). Now it’s the 31st of October, Issue happened on the 15th of October and still no refund. But my points from those transactions were taken off my app
Neither of the 2 amounts I was charged equal out to the total of what I ordered.
Have been and still am in contact with the support team 16 days later and still no refund. Have called the toll free number and even been emailed and still nothing.

Read moreI have been going to this Tim Horton's and the only reason I choose to go back in purely for convenience, its kind of out of the way from my work route but still pretty close. The reason I am rating this one star is because every time I go there I order the same thing and although they get my food order correct (most of the time) they just cant seem to get my French Vanilla with 1/4 coffee right. I have gotten just coffee more times than I can count, or when I do get it, there's about an inch and a half missing from the top. So why pay for the price of an XL when all you get is a Large? -- I just wish they would do whats promised and make your order right the first time, and the problem is i don't have time to double check my order before I leave to get to work, but i really shouldn't have to do that. May have to give myself more time and go to a Tim Horton's...

Did not try it as I was 5 minutes away from home, popped the lid tab when I got there and took a sip. The damn thing was lukewarm because they had put so much cream in it was almost white.I thought a triple was three shots of cream not coffee. Going to voice my disappointment to their head office. April 15: Just had to add that I did send an email (Feb 22nd) to head office and was impressed that they replied quickly and said they would have someone (presumably from this location) get in touch with me as soon as they were able. Well, to date they have not, nor has head office even replied to my second email over two weeks ago saying no one ever did get back. Not impressed! Extremely poor...
