Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Peterborough

Just went through the drive through at this location August 28th @ 645pm to order drinks and food for myself and the family. My daughter decided she wanted to try the new Nutella croissant and loved it. Our son (3) decided to branch out and try it while we were waiting for our drinks and decided he wanted one. We asked the gentleman at the window if we could order another croissant and we were denied to order at the window. We were told we needed to come into the store or drive through again if we wanted to purchase another one. We were the only car in the drive thru, and we were still waiting on our drinks, there's absolutely no reason we couldn't add to our order.

It's sad that Tim Hortons has resorted to pushing people away from their franchise rather then celebrating the fact that a customer enjoyed their new product and making a sale. I will never return back to this location again as I have never encountered this at any other Peterborough location.

The access to and from Chandler Street is narrow and winding. The exit has an easily hit concrete curb that juts into the lane. Evidenced by the tire marks on it many have contacted it. This obstruction should be removed. Wheels and tires can be damaged. See photo. When entering the lot and approaching the drive-through lane, the sign, indicating where the lane is, is pointing in the wrong direction. Should we choose to follow that arrow to the left rather than the right you would drive into a stonewall eventually. However, if you do, ignore that and turn right, and then look at the sign , when you are beside in the drive-through lane, you will see that it does more of us make sense. Today I walked in and ordered a farmers wrap with no egg, and take off the chipotle and put ketchup, the girl was very nice, but when I got my wrap it was made wrong the only thing it had on it was sausage and ketchup. My friend also got a lemonade at the same time she we got to the car and she found a hair in it. We then went through the drive through and I ordered the same thing to see if they could actually get it right this time and my friend ordered a cheese bagel. We got to the window and they gave us our food. I took a bit of the wrap and it was wrong again and the bagel was stale and the cream cheese was disgusting. The service is only good when...
