Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Petit Rocher

Went through the drive thru and they were out of muffins, said one of their machines was broken and therefore couldn't make any hot breakfast sandwiches, and they had no lettuce for cold sandwiches. I had to quickly decide, as they were out of everything I planned on ordering. When I got up to the window I asked for them to add a box of timbits onto the order (instead of the muffins they were out of) and they told me I'd have to go back around the drive thru to order again. Very disappointed with service, went to drive thru with 2 mobile orders and was told by cashier that they do not accept more than 1 order per vehicle. Having travelled thru multiple provinces and Tim Hortons this is a first. Why can they not put thru 2 orders? All other Tims gladly accepts 2 mobile orders. Once we got to the window all the workers that came to the window was very frustrated and rude since we told them we need both orders...

Long wait to be served. English service is hit or miss. They always mess up my order if it's food. Even when ordered in French. I hate having to drive 30min away just to get good service and what I ordered. I have recently been told that someone has been brought in to address these issues however any time she is not present it all goes bad again 😥 they also don't seam to know what a Tim's coffee promise is.
