Casino Pizza — Restaurant in Pickering

We got a flyer for this new place. Thought would be best to pick up as other pizza places cant deliver on time. Drove out to Clements Rd. Its situated in an industrial area and its a bit sketch. Never been out that way before. Ordered 4 different pizzas as the price was cheap. They give you an option of different dough, thick, regular and thin crust. I ordered two regular and two thin crust. To be honest there was no difference in the two. Maybe I needed to be more specific in the comment area to make it extra thin. The ingredients are very generous, they give you lots of topping and cheese which is nice. Over all the pizza is pretty good, next time will give them more instructions on how I like the crust, extra thin and well done. this would make the pizza more crunchy. I think if I gave it specific instructions it would of been a 5 star. Over all good pizza and great price. Next time I will also choose the delivery option as its free and saves me driving all the way out to in the middle of no where. People who work/owns the place seem nice and its important for us to support...

Thought I would give this place a try. Overall, I was less than impressed. 1 of the pizzas ended up being extremely undercooked, very watery, and was falling apart upon attempting to lift a slice out of the box. I called immediately to let them know, but the guy who answered the phone lacked the basic customer service skills to handle this in a satisfactory manner. He did offer to give me a free pie on my next order, but being that I wasn't impressed enough to want to order again, that gesture doesn't really cut it for me, and when I told him I probably wouldn't order again, he simply hung up on me.

For the money I had my sweet sugar pie spend, busting her tail off all week to make that cheddar and treat her Prince and children, she would have been far better off going with a more sure thing.

I like to give the new kid on the block a shot and discover the new talent the world has to offer, and the Google reviews convinced me to go for it, but they proved to be unreliable to me for this experience. A very valuable lesson in not being able to trust everything you come...

I really wanted to love this place and make it my new go-to, but my customer service experience was not that great. I placed an order for delivery and paid $5, which is fine. However, when my pizza arrived, the dipping sauces were in the box on top of the pizza, and had pushed all the cheese off to the side. I found placing the sauces in the box to be extremely unsanitary during these times, and it left a mess in the box. We called to let them know and the person we spoke with didn't seem to care very much. They blamed the driver, laughed, and said they would "fix it next time ". We requested that they replace the pizza that day but they refused. Unfortunately, we did not order through a food delivery service. We called them and they used their own driver, so there was no further recourse for us. I will not order...
