Horrible hotel to stay at. Stay away!

Rooms are dirty, fixtures are broken (no shower head on shower?), glass shards on the floor, mold, filthy tubs, toilets in the hallway, certain rooms don't have washrooms and need to share a common washroom down the hall. Owners have poor communication and never available.

If they can't keep their rooms clean, do you think their kitchen is clean? I'd question their food cleanliness.

When attempting to cancel the reservation the owner stated no cancellations (we had booked monthly rooms via remote phone in prior to knowing the conditions of the room) and now charging us $1680 and won't refund after staying there only a few nights even thought we've left and found a new location to stay with excellent hosts (AirBnB).

The Picture Butte Hotel is one of my top dinning options! Fantastically diverse menu. I appreciate the care in cultivating a unique menu that suits anyone. Each meal is prepared with attention to detail and is not only delicious but also aesthetically pleasing. Our top favourites are: Salmon Beet Salad (with a great balsamic dressing), Baja steak salad (using Alberta Beef), and the chimichanga- (served with home-made salsa). The dining area, although connected, is a bit secluded for larger groups or more private meetings; while the bar area is a friendly open atmosphere where you're sure to find someone to visit with. The owners are great to work with if you're looking to accommodate a large group or even reserve the main area for a birthday party or other...

Worst place ive ever been to... I spend most of my life in hotels motels inns sometimes my car..... And i wish i picked my car... The restaurant and bar looked nice... Untill you go upatairs to the so called " hotel " the floor would have been more soft..... Horrible serivce from the so called " manager " after simply explaining how my job moved and i wasnt able to stay there no more she wouldnt refund me my money after paying for over a week...!! Saying its policy.. " yeah policy you made up " I never even signed a single peice of paper.. Absolutely the worst place .. Felt extremly ripped off... No bathrooms in the room. Gotta walk down the hall which is shared and same with the shower.. Felt like staying...
