Broncos Pub and Grill — Restaurant in Pilot Butte

This would be our second time within a year that I came in for wings night. We almost had every different type of flavour of wings they had listed. Tasty but some of the flavors I am likely never going not ordering then again. I liked few of them like, sweet Thai chili, honey garlic, garlic parm, and maple bacon. I am not that into too spicy flavors. Found the others too salty or too spicy for my taste buds to enjoy what I was eating.

We came in both times before the supper rush and which made it easy for us to get a table before they had a influx of people coming in for supper.

The service was good. They kept up with refreshing our drinks and ensured our stomaches were full when we walked out.

The atmosphere in there was good, but there were at times it was very hard to heard ourselves talking because of the amount of people in the establishment.

Used to live in Pilot Butte but Broncos was not there at the time. Visiting from Chilliwack so thought we would try it. Tiffany was our server. She was very knowledgeable of the menu. When asked she correctly told us the correct way to pour a draft beer. She recommended the burgers which 2 of us tried. We were not disappointed. The patty had been cooked perfectly to 77 degrees as it was still very juicy. It was seasoned perfectly as well. I raise beef for a living so am very picky on my beef. In addition they have home cut fries which I always try. I prefer larger cut fries. Even though these were the smaller cut they were still delicious. Tiffany was very friendly and accommodating. I live in Pilot Butte and I eat at Broncos probably 3 - 5 times a month. Usually in the evening after an extra long day at work when what I really want is to sit at the bar with a cold beer, and have someone prepare me a tasty supper. Nobody else in the surrounding area does that as well as Broncos does in my opinion.

This place is how I define the perfect bar & grill: Great service from friendly servers/bartenders, warm & inviting atmosphere, fun people to be around, cold Original 16 (and other beers) on tap, and the best food in the area.

Broncos has also been a positive addition to our community...not just by providing a much-needed service, but through their involvement in local...
