This is my third C-Market Coffee Location and the quality of food, service, and vibes are fairly consistent! I got the Iced Latte and Breakfast BLT for lunch and the coffee is exceptionally made with the perfect ratio of milk to espresso, the crema was also maintained even after adding to milk. For a $4.80 latte, it's exceptional! Unfortunately, I was charged extra to sweeten my iced latte with plain sugar syrup even though the coffee bar did not have liquid sweetener options and sugar would not dissolve in a cold drink. I understand charging extra for flavours in a latte but for liquid sugar, it would be better to have a small bottle at the coffee bar or to offer that for free. As for the BLT, I would say it was very average, the lettuce was limp and the tomato was a bit watery. Overall, it tastes like a sandwich you would make at home with a lack of well rounded flavour and attention to detail. For $10, the sandwich is a bit overpriced for what you get and all food takes 15 minutes to prepare, even breakfast sandwiches. If you're just stopping by for a pastry or coffee, this is often the best cafe in the area!!

We were in Maple Ridge picking up organic blueberries and needed a coffee and rest stop before the long drive home. Google Maps took us to C Market Coffee. We had lunch already and wasn't really looking for food. Even so, most of the items in the baked goods display disappointingly contains egg – not suitable for me. Naturally, when I saw the first vegan item on the menu, I was so excited I couldn't stop myself from ordered it – the Plant Power Club with cashew Vegan sauce and purple Yam Vegan Bread. Of course, that was for hungry people looking for lunch. Finish it I didn't. The purple yam bread wasn't distinctly purple yam flavoured and too white-bread-empty-calorie for me to contemplate finishing the slices. My partner ordered the avocado toast and it was so lightly toasted that it might as well not be toasted. We would have preferred more substantial and healthier whole grain sourdough bread. The space was an industrial caverness that can easily house a second story loft. The interior is modern and restful.

I ordered a bulgogi burger at the store, but it was too cold and hard, so I asked the staff to heat it up. When I got it back, the burger was completely burnt, as you can see in the photo. I've had this menu many times at other locations, so I know how it's supposed to taste, but this one was way too hard and had a burnt flavor. I have no idea if they really expected me to eat that. I asked another staff member to remake it, and then someone who seemed to be a supervisor or manager came over and asked if there was a problem. I was honestly speechless. It would be great if they could check the food before serving it in the future.

I visited this location and had an unfortunate experience with one of the employees. I initially asked if they accepted cash, and when informed they did not, I inquired about their contingency for a power outage. The employee seemed unable to provide an answer and appeared visibly frustrated even though i was joking. After ordering coffee with milk, I noticed the milk had been forgotten, so I politely requested it to be added. However, when the employee added the milk, he filled the cup to the point of spillage. I then requested a replacement cup to avoid the mess, but was informed there would be an additional charge, which I found surprising given the situation. Overall, I felt the service was lacking in professionalism and courtesy, and I was disappointed with how the situation was handled. Never going back here and recommend...
