lil' Peppinos — Restaurant in Plaster Rock

We have been to LiL Peppinos a number of times. (You can tell by the size of my waistline lol) What I love most about this charming place is, it never changes. Great quality, pretty much everything is homemade. You can tell by the taste. Panzerottis are my absolute favourite. Baked as far as I know. The freshness is incredible! Pizzas, salads, everything is great. Consistently fresh, consistently friendly staff, consistent pricing with daily lunch and supper specials. The wait staff are attentive, efficient, and being knowledgeable about the food, are ready to recommend what may suit your palate. Their Italian sodas are very refreshing, with numerous flavours available. This place will be around a long time, unlike their predecessors. The reason, besides the quality food, pricing, and friendly staff? They have kept the restaurant quaint. They haven't overdone it on the decor. Nothing extreme made to impress like so many other places. No super loud music or televisions blasting out garbage while you are trying to eat. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Sure, you will hear some laughter or soft chatter from other tables, but nothing like you find in overcrowded, bustling restaurants. LiL Peppinos, you have my vote. Congratulations on creating a little Italian oasis in the small village of Plaster Rock. Keep up the great work...

This is a nice little Italian style restaurant that is easy to find in Plaster Rock.  I say Italian style because they seem to have a few mexicain fusion items on the menu, as well. Parking is very limited and a bit dangerous as it's right in a bend on the main road.  Be safe when backing out. The staff was fast and friendly and knowledgeable of their menu. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken pizza during my last visit and it was delicious.  The crust is nice an fluffy but cooked well so the outside was nice and crispy.  The middle of the pizza was a bit under.  It had a little too much flop.  This said, there was way too much grease on the pizza.  They should pour some of it off before bringing it out. Including my appetizer and tip, my meal wasn't too expensive.  The price was right for the quantity I received.  However, don't expect to eat here for under $20 per person. I'll be back the next time I'm in the region.  I'd like to try a couple...

When moving to a new town, it is always nice to see a lot of mom and pop's stores. Owned and ran with charm and character. This is not like that. This place is run like a professional chain store, and I mean that in a great way. Very clean!!! Everywhere you look, it's clean, tidy, stocked, and professional looking. But it doesn't just stop there. They have a perfect menu size with loads of options. Pizza to me is a passion, one that I will criticize if not good. Their pizza is amazing. It starts with the crust, zesty thick sauce, and topping fresh and flavourful! I will always recommend stopping here. Even people in Grand Falls talk about this place! I will be making this place my pizza goto place for my fix. As far as everything else, it all looks good. Everyone eating is quick to comment on how much they enjoy eating there.
