We ate a late dinner here, and I had the Lobster dinner.  The seafood was fresh and mouthwatering, perfectly done, and so tasty.  The baked potato was perfectly baked and very tasty, and  the other veggies were good as well.  The pricing for this dinner was very reasonable.  They also served local organic beers, which was another nice treat. This little restaurant totally impressed us.   The food was great, and all the staff and our server were cheerful, very welcoming, friendly and attentive, throughout our dining. It was a very enjoyable and relaxing dining experience.

Cute spot with a nice view but the service was slow and food subpar. Very few gluten free options. These included a Cajun chicken or Cajun shrimp dish only, which was comprised of plain rice, clear spicy red sauce, and the meat/fish (Cajun shrimp pictured minus the shrimp). There were no options for a dish that was both gluten free and vegetarian. My two friends both ordered the burger platters which were also underwhelming. We were grateful to have a warm meal from the only restaurant open in town, but would certainly explore other options in the future.

My wife's lobster roll was fine , meal was small for the price but tasty. I take into account that it's off season it was the only place open, it's one of the most out of the way diners I've been to...cut them a break and go visit and say hi...if not travel the 50+ mins to Cheiticamp -1 for portion\price -1 for lock on men's bathroom not working

My spouse ordered the seafood chowder and I got the Cajun grilled shrimp with onions, mushrooms and bell peppers on brown rice. Chowders vary from one to the other, I get that. But my spouse said you can’t tell what the pieces in there were. I tried it myself and I wasn’t impressed (tried to hold it in is a better description). My grilled shrimp - wasn’t grilled, there were no mushrooms or onions, just broccoli and cauliflower. And lots of red spicy sauce over rice. Not even sure if it was brown rice. We were very disappointed. My spouse returned the (“frozen”) chowder. I ate the shrimp and left the rest cause I was really hungry. 1 ⭐️ for the pleasant server. Another ⭐️ for trying and the availability of WiFi. But not worth what we paid for. Wish I took a photo. But when it’s not appetizing to see I don’t bother.

Edit: on my way out I heard the kitchen say “it’s not my fault” when the server mentioned about me not liking the “Cajun Grilled Shrimp” because according to the server that dish is hit and miss. To the kitchen cook: if you’re making a dish different from what’s on the menu, guess what, it is your fault. I’m changing my review from...

We were a party of ten that had lunch at the restaurant. After the meal was over, we all commented on how the meals we had were not good. Had the seafood chowder. We asked the waitress what was in the chowder. She said “everything in the sea” so we thought great - must be awesome chowder. Not! Many of us ordered it based on her comment. When it arrived, it had loads of potatoes, some salmon and canned clams. That was it. Certainly not much for seafood in the sea but lots of filler. Came with a tea biscuit that was as dry as a bone! Had been sitting around for a while for sure. The cup of chowder was I think $8.95. The bowl was $14.95. Not much difference in size from one to the other! Others were not pleased with what they ordered from a club sandwich to a hot dog. Perhaps an off-day for the chef but would...

Must say not impressed. Cottage is ok, but not worth the $205.00. Internet is an absolute joke. Have options for 3 different internet connections. Tried 2 of them and lost connection after about a minute. Using the third one now and can’t even upload 2 pics and a 31 second video. Went for a shower and literally lost water 3 times. Each time it came back, it was ice cold for a bit. Can’t even do a search in safari. The third internet connection was lost, so had to sign in to one of the first ones again in order to finish this review. Wondering if connection will last long enough to finish. Would definitely pack up and leave and demand my money back, but my wife and I are literally too tired to safely drive any further. Boils down to paying $205.00 just for a bed...
