If the Staff took the due diligence to be extra studious and attentive to order taking details and food/drink prep, I would be giving them a higher rating because this should be the go to location for me since it is the closest, but they fall far short of the standard of the other locations, like Cole Harbor or Main Street, or Musquodoboit even.

The Staff here not only fail to interpret customer orders correctly, but they will also erroneously add toppings or ingredients (Mostly in regards to Drinks) that are not found in the order without explicit detailing, Or they fail to add adequate ingredients and dismiss the Fill line guidelines entirely.

I ordered a regular London Fog Tea, and was handed a Tea that had been given a double shot of espresso. On a seperate instance when the Nutella Coldbrews were still available, Staff had made the coldbrew partially accurate, but had failed to follow the fill lines correctly and it resulted in the beverage having less of the nutella cream. It tasted bland without a sufficient amount.

The only thing I drink from Tim Hortons is the ice cappuccino. I don't like coffee, I don't like tea. So I pay the extra money and order an icecap.

I could order multiple IceCaps a day and they will all be different (by look and taste ) INCONSISTENT. Too much mix, or not enough cream. Sometimes it's super dark, tastes disgusting and Its BITTER. So because of that, I started asking for extra cream. NOT because I wanted extra cream, but to try and lessen the chances that it's going to be a disgusting waste of $4.20. Now you try and charge me 60 cents for extra cream?? When all I'm trying to do is make it taste HALF decent and get that small caffeine kick I need.

You've raised all of your prices (like every other greedy corporation) your roll up the rim program is a JOKE now. An absolute joke. Out of 40 plus roll ups, I've won 2 donuts.

lastly, its 2024 and we still can't tip your workers unless we are paying cash? There's an option to tip at the weed dispensary, but not Tim...

Update! I can’t seem to find where to review again so updating for today’s service! Today I am not sure who was working they kinda looked new but I don’t go very often but usually when I ask to have my breakfast sandwich burnt they ignore I even spoke and give me a totally cool English muffin but today I again very specifically said and like every time you repeat and I watch the screen that they put special order.. and oh my gawd! It was PERFECT! So kudos to the team today! March 2nd at 2 pm. And would you believe no shells!!! I might even try again tmr. Krista

For the most part the service is good. Sometimes they ignore your request to have your food toasted and isn’t even warm. But my BIG issue is please ask them to keep egg shells out of the egg. Not sure who taught them to crack eggs but I get shells nearly every single day. Shells in both today and most days!...
