I am so happy I found this hidden gem out on the countryside. Iâve been looking forward to coming here once I searched them online because I was really looking for a health boost and some really good food for my health and tastebuds. Iâm really feeling under the weather and I knew this place would make me feel better. I was welcomed by such an incredible guy named Alexander and everyone else is so kind too. I went in today really not feeling well with no voice and I mentioned I canât really swallow so they were very accommodating to me and warmed me up a chili. So genuinely kind and thoughtful. The chili was delicious and I felt so good after eating it. It made me feel so much better. I also got a tea and it was like pure medicine. I canât wait to go back and try the pizza and other things. This is an update to my original review a week ago; tried the pizza today (summer sausage) and itâs so delicious. The sourdough crust is made in house and itâs their own secret recipe. So good and very filling because itâs full of fiber and all good stuff for your body and mind too!!! Also, thank you for sharing your knowledge with me. I learned something new in our conversation today. Everyone is so kind and welcoming.
This is a whole feel good experience.
Thank you so...
Read moreDelicious food and drinks. We had their Mediterranean Pizza and Summer Sausage Pizza, both on sour dough gluten free crust. By far the best gluten free pizza we have ever had. If you didnât reveal that the crust is gluten free, you would never know. Sheepâs milk cheese makes the dairy more easily digested. Flavours are well balanced and so delicious. All food is local. The flour blend is locally sourced.
Excellent coffee made with alkaline water. No bitter aftertaste. The dark roast was smooth without any sugar or milk. Their cold brew was sooo good. Sheepâs milk and a half shot of vanilla is what I added. Absolutely amazing. There are dairy free options too.
One of our party had the yucca fries poutine with pulled pork, avocado and their in house sauce. So good! Easily for two.
The staff is so friendly and helpful. They take great care with the food and are so attentive. Local meats, eggs, maple syrup and honey, chocolate too. Prices are competitive. I also found organic monk fruit drops without erythritol. Fresh yucca available too. This is a must visit if you have gluten allergies. Excellent, healthy food for anyone and everyone. We will...
Read moreWe were four mountain bikers on a long-distance trip looking to get some water and food. I asked if we could use their tap water to top up our 3L water packs, but they declined and said that we could buy one of their specialty 250mL water bottles. I bought one since I was about to bonk, another rider got a carbonated drink, and a third rider bought an ice cream. We left and stopped at a convenience store to buy a large water jug.
You are located right next to a major and well-established biking trail system, and you are not capitalizing on a large costumer base. I'm not suggesting you become a biking cafe, but I would suggest you get some bike racks, offer tap water, have a tire pump and basic tools. Twin Ponds is extremely popular in SW Ontario and not just in the summer but also during the winter with Fat Biking. I think this will send a message that you welcome riders and create sympathetic business.
I did go back with my wife and had more icecream and Pizza... they...
