We were on our way to Timmys when we passed by this place.
The best part about Julie's is the outstanding service. We were there on Saturday morning, February 10th. We're Americans and we speak no French and sometimes those on the service side can get annoyed with that. The lady working that morning made us feel so welcomed and worked really hard to give us a good experience. We appreciate her!
I'm used to getting just a small black coffee. The cup she made me was really fancy (for me). It was bitter, which I liked. I thought it was really well done. My girlfriend was impressed with her tea and the timer on the tray that indicated how much time it needed to steep. They take their drinks seriously.
I got an apple/maple muffin that was dry. My girlfriend, however, got a really wonderful chocolate whoopee pie that moist and coated in a hard chocolate shell.
Overall great beginning to our morning. We're glad we skipped Timmys...

Everything about Julies Cafe left a very positive impression on us. Sadly, Julies is 3043 miles from our home in northern California BUT we will be back!! IT'S...

Coffee was excellent as were the date slice and cranberry chocolate muffin. We’ll definitely come back next time we visit this...
