Elevations Modern Dining @ The Springs — Restaurant in Radium Hot Springs

Normally not one to leave a bad review but what I experienced trying to place a massive takeout order was an absolute waste of 30 min & I could not get over how uneducated the staff was with the menu. I got passed through 4 people, put on hold 4 times AFTER 8 unanswered call attempts....trying to place a simple takeout order. I had no mods or anything difficult with the order. We simply wanted the Beef sliders, Buratta, King salmon and 12 oz steak. The menu is unreadable online so I called to confirm the toppings you can add to steak and was put on hold 4 times starting with the pro shop man, whom transferred me to another pro shop man, who then transferred me to a server at Elevations... I asked him to confirm the add on toppings for the steak as listed on there blurry menu online... he said "I have no idea...let me put you on hold". A woman comes back and says "HI" with a huge awkward silence then proceeds "I guess you have questions with our menu?" My response "Not really I just placed a full order & want to know what the toppings say on your menu for steak add on as its blurry online and she proceeded to say... "I dont know, I think so but I dont know, let me go find someone else that may know" On hold for the 4th time and my husband asks me to hang up and order else where. Menu looked amazing... wish I could say the same about the staff. - Isn't it part of the job to be educated with menu items? I understand if you have to double check to confirm and need a moment but to put someone on hold 4 times and waste 30 min and STILL not know is so offside and unprofessional. They just lost out on a $175 takeout order. I highly recommend checking out another restaurant in the valley....

“Mid” is the best way to describe this place.

The 180 degree views are breathtaking but the food was okay, the service was worse.

My mom’s food was overly salty and the chef flat out said that my dish wasn’t something “he’d eat but it’d be for ppl like me” which came off a bit rude after I complimented the chicken for being moist and flavourful.

the server was the worst. When I asked about the cocktail menu, Sarhaha the server was very rude and quick to say there wasn’t one, not offering any alternatives and saying “just wine and beer”. This is sharply contrasted to her coworkers who addressed to other guests very politely but mentioned different wines and drinks on tap.

our server Sarhaha barely tried to converse at all.. didn’t ask how the food was and despite asking where I was from but quickly, Sarhaha didnt even try to carry the conversation and started to look around at her other tables. as we left, she didn’t even gesture and say bye or come back or anything. very inexperienced, barely...

We had a great time here for lunch. The menu has a great selection of choices for food and drinks. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the service was beyond amazing. Our waiter Ty was so friendly, kind and welcoming. He was very attentive and we felt so looked after as he went out of his way to chat with us. Also wanted to thank Kevin the chef, who came out to help answer some menu questions that he overheard us asking.
