The Captains Galley Restaurant — Restaurant in Rankin Inlet

One of two dine-in restaurants in town, both owned by Co-op. The burgers are great, and breakfast has good options. Specials every day are usually decent. Been hit and miss for the sandwiches. Service is okay, would be nice if the servers came around more asking how everything is, offering refills on coffee rather than making you get up and get their attention. When it's busy it's really busy! Prices are what you'd expect up North ... $20-$30 for most burgers...

The Captains Galley restaurant really is one of the only places in the Hamlet. Therefore, you are unable to compare it to anything else. It is an adequate place to get something to eat when you are in Rankin. It does attract a lot of people.

Because we were delayed flying south to Winnipeg we decided to use the five hours to get something to eat.
