Very disappointed. The door to the restaurant says it's open until 10pm, and so does the website. But for the last couple days we have been having trouble with them being closed when they should be open. We have tried to call in a small order for pickup a little after 9pm for the past few nights, and each night the phone was never answered. So we decided to go to the restaurant in person to see what's up, since we live very close. We could see people inside, and the lights were on, but the door was locked, and no one came when we knocked. We tried to call again tonight at 9:20 pm, and there was no answer, so we tried the "order online" feature on their website. It let us make our order and submit it, however it never said when the food would be ready. We sat outside until 10pm wondering what to do about the order we submitted. Would it be made the next morning? I couldn't even call to cancel the order, because of course no one would answer the phone.

The worst part, is that we would have had more than enough time to call in an order to the downtown Indian restaurant and drive down and pick it up, but we we ended up wasting our time on this "restaurant".

I'd understand if it was just once, but having it happen repeatedly has been irritating and an inconvenience. Just change the time on the sign and website if you're...

Ordered Hawaiian Pizza. Worse I’ve ever had. Was not shredded mozzarella on top, I was mozzarella cheese slices which weren’t even melted. About 6 tiny pieces of bacon, 8 pieces of pineapple and 3 pieces of crudely chopped ham. At least an inch if not more left bare close to the crust. It was one of the worst I’ve ever tasted so a simple Hawaiian pizza. Just generally disappointed in all! Cheese bread bites were soggy, no cheese on it that I could see so disappointed in that as well! To top it all off, I live in an apt bldg, I am disabled and can’t walk. I got a call from the deluvery driver saying they wanted me to go down to the front door to get the pizza! I paid $6.00 for delivery, plus tax and fees plus a 15% tip! To have it delivered to my door!! Wont be ordering from this...

Have been here a few times now with my wife, before and after dining restrictions, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We tried the combo meals the first time and while they provide good value the regular menu certainly has a lot more to offer. We particularly love their samosas, pakoras, malai kofta, and vindaloo sauce dishes. Of course rice and naan are a must with lots of types to choose from and they're really good too. Service is excellent aside from having to get the employee's attention mid-meal (need to get up and flag them down from the entrance). It's a nice, cozy restaurant and would definitely work well for dates or casual dining. The prices are decent too when compared with other offerings in town. We are certainly going to return, eager to try more dishes and/or revisit...

Today I visited Indian Flame and Pizza in Red Deer and was pleasantly surprised by the incredible blend of authentic Indian and Indo-Chinese flavors. One dish that stood out was the Dahi Bhalla—perfectly soft and spongy, soaking up the creamy yogurt and tangy chutneys just right. It melted in the mouth and brought a comforting, homemade feel. The Hakka noodles were full of bold, smoky flavors, tossed with fresh vegetables and just the right hint of spice. They paired beautifully with the Veg Manchurian, which had a crispy exterior and juicy, flavorful interior, soaked in a rich, garlicky sauce that balanced sweet and savory notes perfectly. This place is a hidden gem in Red Deer for anyone craving well-executed Indian and fusion dishes. Definitely worth a visit!

I am the regular customer of this restaurant and i always liked the food of this place.. and always referring to other people but from last few weeks, i have ordered my food from here and I am quite disappointed. Last time the curry was completely different as compared to my previous experience and today i ordered bhindi curry and its quantity was even less than half as compared to their menu.. It was so upsetting. ..

I don’t have much experience with Indian food so I don’t have much comparison, but I have to say the food was fantastic. We ordered butter chicken, mango shrimp, paneer sticks and *of course* a couple kinds of naan bread. I’d go without the paneer sticks next time, but the rest we devoured. The staff was also friendly and had my order ready quickly. I can’t wait to try other dishes :)
