i normally don't do google reviews just because i feel like it's a waste of time but this one interaction i had w the staff was ... something LOL
i did mobile order earlier just because i knew the waiting time is terrible during lunchtime and the line was awfully long. went out a bit for 5 minutes and went back to see my order ready in the front counter. i confirmed to one of the staff that it was for me, but she gave me one of the two items i bought. i checked in w her n said that she's missing my lunch craveables. she was about to give me the bag that was meant for me but checked that they made the wrong order and left again to the back (to which i thought she'll tell the sandwich maker to remake it). i had the receipt of the mobile order because she gave it to me as with the drink i ordered.
i stood there for 10 minutes again and in between i kept asking if my craveables was ready to which the same lady said that she'll check in w the sandwich maker. i did that 5 times as i stood there for literally 30 minutes w no sandwich because i tried hard to be understanding as i once worked in the food industry as well but 30 minutes for a sandwich is quite insane i think LMAOO like ???
my friend came in w me after n talked to a different staff abt my order. they checked my mobile order number. found out no one informed them abt the missing order ??? i was pissed bc i reminded one of the staffs repeatedly to which i thought they'll do something but nothing. didn't even let anyone know n js let me stood there, waiting for nothing LOL. a little while earlier heard them gossiping how if it was missing why do i have the mobile order receipt ?? um bc one of ur staff gave it to me ?? u made the wrong order the first time, i thought u'll replace it w a new one, i stood there for 30-40 mins waiting, but apparently it was my fault n that i js wanted a freebie from yall ? LMAO ok u should ask one of ur staff abt how she disregarded my follow-ups, did nothing abt the complaints n stood there.

Read moreI had an unpleasant experience this morning at this Tim Hortons. I ordered a drink and did not receive it right away. I waited approximately 10 minutes, less than 10 minutes before my class started, no acknowledgment. Other people were receiving their orders. Then I finally got the attention of one of the older staff. She claimed that she "thought I received it already", with an attitude, as though it was my fault! It is not my fault that the staff cannot complete orders. I do not recommend this location to any RDP students and staff. Read moreUnfortunately this Tims usually runs quite slowly and features employees who don't seem to be monitored for service and overall people skills. They should expect to be busy as they are in a college, but they always seem to be surprised by long lines. A chronic issue as well is employees who don't talk loud enough for you to hear behind their mask and the plexiglass barrier. Thankfully the food and coffee is as good as you could hope and cheaper than the Starbucks...
