If I could give you guys a negative^3 review I would. There are 5 of us that come in EVERY DAY at ~0520 am. We have tried every way to speed up the service for weeks because for some reason it takes well over 45 minutes to get 2 to 3 orders done (Yes I have a timer on everytime we come in). We have made friends with others in line and learned all about their lives because we spend so much time standing in line with them. There are anywheres from 3 to 6 visible workers who take drive throughs orders consistently before ever turning to the front and even acknowledging we are there with a "Good morning" or "We will be right with you." We will be taking our generous business else where and will never make additional purchases of several boxes of donuts coffee etc from you guys ever again because of the consistent horrible service we recieve inside and out between 0515 to 0600 everyday & the fact several days we had to leave without our food and if we don't remind the worker who took our order to actually pour and hand us our specialty coffee he forgets. This is by far the worst the 5 of us have been treated and will not be stopping in anymore. Also we've had our tims reward cards for weeks now and have yet to receive any free coffees. What's...
Read moreThe service is absolutely terrible, first of all the girl had no idea what a basic soup combo was, the rest of the staff is running about like chickens with their heads cut off. They start putting our order together to go, yet until we stood up from the table to get our food they then asked " are you dining inside" then changed to glass bowls. When I went to the counter to grab napkins they are put in the holder upside down. While we were eating another customer who had been waiting for his sandwich, became upset because he had been waiting longer than it should have taken. Read moreI gave the location a try again for a week and a simple dark roast with 3 sugars seems to be out of their reach to achieve such an easy goal. Out of the 5 cups of coffee, 2 were lukewarm one was not even dark roast and I'm not sure if they bothered to put sugar in it and I think maybe one cup of coffee was properly made and it was different staff for only one night. And this was about 11:00 p.m. at night every night. Plus the guy that works the night shift or the late evening shift really seems to hate his job because he doesn't even say hello or welcome to Tim Hortons or nothing.
