Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Renfrew

I am trying really hard to love this place because it has great potential. I have ordered 3 times. The first time, my pizza was amazing. I raved to everyone I knew sharing how great the pizza is, the crust is buttery, blah blah blah so a group of us ordered food for new year and the pizza wasn't fully baked and had underbaked crust. Tonight I am trying them again and I explained my previous experience and I got my meal for free. The pizza tonight is still underbaked and I think they are making the crust too thick to bake thoroughly. I hope they get it together. Chicken bites and bread is superb. ...

Food was soggy when it arrived and had to be reheated. My girlfriend answered the door, otherwise, I would have refused payment for this and sent it back. I'm betting it sat in a warmer for 45 minutes before they got around to delivering it. The quality was a little less than acceptable, but not much can be done about that if you're using pre-packed ingredients. The portions vs price were ridiculous though, you're paying a lot for very little. Overall not impressed and won't be ordering...

We love pizza hut, and customer service was fast and friendly. Store was very clean, atmosphere great. So assumed that it will be about the same as all the others. It was the same for toppings and cheese but found the bottom half of crust very greasy. Maybe just new employees learning the ropes. Overall, pizza was still good, minus the excessive grease. Update went again, excellent this time!! Hot, fresh, soooo delicous. Will be back, great improvement from last...
