Le WillMar Marché & Casse-Croûte — Restaurant in Repentigny

I was excited to try this Haitian restaurant, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. While the food itself was flavorful and well-prepared, the atmosphere and service took away from the enjoyment.

The service was the biggest disappointment. It took a long time for someone to acknowledge us, and when they finally did, they seemed uninterested and inattentive. The person that took the order barely checked on us, and didn’t explain where to go next to pick up te food. We realized when people came after us were getting thier food before us.

The saving grace was the food. The griot was tender and flavorful, the rice was perfectly seasoned, and the pikliz had just the right amount of spice. It’s clear the kitchen knows what they’re doing, but unfortunately, the poor service and lackluster atmosphere made it hard to fully enjoy the meal.

I’d love to come back for the food, but only if they work on improving the overall...

‼️Franchement service a la clientèle 0.‼️Aujourd’hui était la première fois que je commande chez Willmar. J’appelle pour faire une commande. Je me rend sur place, je ne savais pas que la caisse et l’endroit ou prendre la commande n’était pas le même endroit. Je me rend vers la cuisine je demande ma commande, la cuisinière avec des lunettes qui est très impolie et arrogante me demande si j’ai payer tout d’abord, je lui est dit que non je ne sais pas où il faut payer, carrément avec méchanceté elle me pointe et me dit «  va payer tout d’abord la bas là bas… » en balayant du doigt carrément en levant son ton de voix. Est ce que c’est comme sa qu’on parle au client madame?? Vous êtes mal élevé. En plus , en partant vers l’autre pièce ou ce trouvais la caisse je l’entend ricaner fort exprès avec un monsieur qui était assis je ne sais si c’est un employé ou un client mais ce monsieur était juste ridicule beuurk. Franchement l’accueil et le service degueulasse et médiocre, madame fait sa frekente si tu n’est pas contente de venir travailler RESTE CHEZ TOI! Avec ta vielle attitude d’impolitesse c’est clair que tu fais fuir les clients. Un bon service à la clientèle est cruciale pour une entreprise. C’est clair que tu n’est pas faite pour sa lol. Pour ma première expérience je suis dégoûter et déçu, et c’est certainement la DERNIÈRE fois...
