Worst restaurant experience I can remember having.

Waited for 45 minutes without being spoken to at all. The place was Not busy. There seemed to be three servers working and it wasn't super busy, but I sat there, being ignored, for ofer a half hour.

Eventually a server I caught the eye of across the restaurant repeatedly pointed at me and say something to another person working there, but neither ever came to serve me. Still nobody had spoken to me.

Eventually - after maybe 45 minutes - another lady asked if I'd been served, and I said no, and she then left, and I waited a few more minutes, watching her talk to and serve other customers, and still nobody ever came to me. So I left.

Edit: there are a lot of reviews on here that really seem to be written by teens who feel the restaurant staff disrespected them. I feel sympathy for them, but I am well into adulthood, with a job and a mortgage, and I felt disrespected too.

Did I do something to offend them? I don’t know what is wrong with this place. I certainly will...

The prices are fair. I've been going there since the beginning of highschool. I feel like I always know what I'm getting when I'm down there. It's a good hangout or meet up places for friend. Not to fancy but not too expensive. The food is casual fast food so there's that. I like it enough to go back at least 3 to 4 times a year. It's just one of those places where you can't really go wrong since you know it so much....

AMBIANCE ET SERVICE — ZÉRO!! Je suis une femme noire qui étais avec mes amis de couleur également (tous 18-22). Cette situation étais passable de discrimination. Le proprio est venue nous voir (nous étions 4 et attendions 4 autres personnes sur les bans à l’entrée, avant de commander) et nous a demandé (avec énormément d’attitude) de baisser le ton car nous rions "trop fort" (le resto était bruyant en général). C’est très correct mais l’attitude n’était pas nécessaire. Par la suite, nous nous dirigions vers la caisse lorsqu’une serveuse (blonde) est passée à côté de nous avec un ton très passif agressif disant « Si vous venez pour acheter tasser vous et laisser la place aux gens qui veulent sortir ». Nous étions même pas proche de la sortie et elle a vue où on s’en allait. 1 monsieur sortait par l’entrée et nous l’avons laissé passer sans aucun problème. Non seulement ils prennent juste cash, mais en plus l’ambiance que les employés imposent est désagréable. Nous sommes venus avec de la bonne humeur et de bonnes intentions et sommes repartis avec l’impression d’avoir subit leur mauvaise humeur. Sur ce, je ne remettrai plus jamais les...
