Read moreExtremely dissapointed with how staff treated us. A group of about 8 people were ordering before us, which lead to a long wait. Finally it's our turn, our sandwiches are half made when the person behind us completely skips the line and his sandwich gets done in minutes. I bring it to the empliees attention and she just shruggs and says he is a bus driver. Honestly i don't care who he is and who he works for, we just needed to add our veggies to our sandwich to be done. Since we got skipped and i have 2 kids with low sugar levels I asked for a discount, and then got mocked when i mentioned one of my kids has special needs and needs his food. I got an incredible 10% discount on ZERO DOLLARS!! I feel severely insulted.
To make matters worse, that group of 8 people started to cough on our food, assaulted us and your employees did NOTHING, had to throw away the rest of my kids food which was half their foootlong, also fyi that pack of 8 rats stole a bunch of chips from the chip rack. They told me the hours the manager would be there the next day, called during those hours, manager still wasn't there. Again, they gave me the hours the manager would be there the following day after that.... Same thing happened. The manager apparently was only there for and hour in the morning. Long story short, didn't end up getting my money back even after visiting the store (which is about 30 minutes to an hour away, depending on traffic) because the employees couldn't do anything about it and refused to call the manager from the store to settle the matter.
