After trying on more than one occasion to have hem out to fix our geothermal they never did fix it. They charged us $1000 for a service without giving any detail. They then told us we needed a part in our closet to keep adding a cooling agent rather than fixing it. So this would be adding a toxin to our yard where our kids play. I called another agent and they fixed the problem....a very easy fix and was $200. Now they will not give our deposit back and it has cost $3000 for a $200 fix. Run away as...
