I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received at one of your locations earlier today, around 7:00 AM. As a regular customer, I often visit Tim Hortons in the morning to purchase a coffee or a steeped tea. I always make a point to ask whether the coffee is from a fresh pot before ordering. Today, when I inquired, the employee at the front counter (a Filipino lady ) assured me that the coffee was fresh. I then ordered a steeped tea, double-double. However, when she gave me steep tea and upon taking a sip, I found it to be cold. When I returned to the counter to explain the issue, the staff member responded in a rude and argumentative manner. Rather than apologizing or offering a replacement, she told me she would give me black coffee so I could check its temperature myself. I found this response unprofessional and disappointing. Due to the poor attitude and cold coffee, I left the cup on the counter and walked away without it, as I did not feel comfortable continuing the interaction. I expect better customer service from Tim Hortons. Employees should be trained to handle such situations with professionalism and courtesy. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and that steps are taken to ensure other customers do not have a...

Worst Tim Hortons in Manitoba,
I've been to this location 20+ times and maybe had satisfactory service 4 times, this evening was the worst though. It started with me sitting at the microphone for 3+ minutes because the girl rocking the glasses was "busy" on her cell phone hacking up a lung. Finally, another employee took my order of 1 large DR, and Med Reg coffee, plus 20 assorted Timbits. Unfortunately, I was told your Timbits stock was depleted to old-fashioned only. So I swiftly canceled the Side of Timbits for my kids and continued to pull up to your service window.
While waiting at the window, I was informed that the rockstar on her phone forgot to brew up a batch of dark roast and I would need to have your original blend if I wanted my coffee fix, I said no problem man, coffee is coffee.... Well, guess I was wrong because this coffee was weak and tasteless.
So, in conclusion, I hope you learn to run your business better in the coming year or maybe just shut it down, as this was my final visit to your...
Read more(2/5) Quality of Food The sandwiches in the gas bar taste better than what is offered at the Tim Horton’s...then again all the sandwiches taste about the same. I have to remind myself if I want tasty food I need to go to a restaurant as this is just fast food at the end of the day.
(4/5) Customer Service Generally, the staff has been quite friendly and I’ve never had any negative experiences here. This is the first Tim’s where I noticed signs on the walls promoting their employees to focus on treating the customer good. Just be clear and concise on what you want to order from the employee at the till and everything should go well. I notice some customers do give the employees a hard time at this location and need to have more patience. I’ve never had an order given to me wrong.
(5/5) Quality of Tea I’ve never been an avid coffee drinker. I do enjoy their nice little collection of specialty tea and the taste has always been quite good.
Overall, nice little spot to stop on the side of the highway for fuel and to grab a quick coffee/tea on your way...
