One of the best (if not, THE best) spots for fried chicken. Their chicken isn't greasy. It is very tasty! I crave it often. They also have a really yummy homemade hot sauce. It reminds me of sweet and sour sauce with a kick! Their gravy is really good too. I wanted Candy's chicken Friday night, I called to order for pick up, guy answered and asked if he could put me in hold, you could tell he just set the phone on the counter, after waiting and waiting I gave up and called back, took a few times because I am assuming he didn't put the phone back on the hook. Amazing chicken!!!! Kix the Colonel's but every time. Not overly greasy like KFC and the gravy is to die for be sure to get more then what you normally use because you'll be dipping every fry in it to get as much as you can on each one. Although tonight they forgot to throw the gravy in my order when I phoned the person that answered was very polite and is putting my name on a list so next time I get a free gravy.
