R-Bistro — Restaurant in Rural Municipality of La Broquerie

I have not been to this restaurant in years and went with a work meeting just this morning April 6th 2022. I ordered the Benedict classic which is their name for eggs benedict. It was absolutely fantastic, some of the best hollandaise sauce I've ever had. The shredded hash browns were literally done to perfection. My only complaint would be the ham was in lunch meat style I prefer the thick cut style but honestly it still tasted delicious. I cannot speak for their lunch or supper menu as I have not tried it yet but if it's anything like their breakfast I'm sure I will be thoroughly impressed. 0/10 recommendations for the Frantz we got there about 9:15 waited till about 9:20 (not bad) to get a table. But two people ignored us in the meantime. Didn’t even say someone will be right with you. They sat us at a dirty table came and got our drink order while cleaning off the table. They brought us our drinks and menu’s. She then offered to grab me water I said great thanks. Nice cozy place with fair pricing. Hard to describe. It's in a hotel with a beverage room next to it, washrooms down an odd hallway. Service was friendly but not the fastest. Food was good but not fantastic. Portions were reasonable but not spectacular. It was hard to tell if the restaurant is trying to be more high end or former Moxie's level?
