We placed an order for 4 Blizzards and 1 medium fry. The man taking the order misunderstood 2 of them and charged us for 2 medium dipped cones instead. After we had already paid,he came back and offered to make us 1 Blizzard and still give us 1 dipped cone. We said no,because thatâs not what we ordered and it wasnât our mistake. (The screen at the drive thru window was broken,so we couldnât check the order for accuracy).He then reluctantly agreed to give us the Blizzards for the price we paid. Again,not our mistake that he didnât understand what we were ordering. We were asked by a female employee if we needed a tray,to which we said yes. She then placed them in a tray (no lid) and had her thumbs going into the ice cream as sheâs trying to press them into the tray! How gross! Then,when we got our fries,we were given only a SMALL order instead of the MEDIUM one we ordered. And not only that,the small order only had half of what it should have in it.(I took a picture but couldnât attach it here for some reason)I should have checked before driving off,but when we got home,we saw how small the fries were.    Read moreBeen waiting in line and skip the dishes comes in and they drop everything and take priority to them instead of the people who aren't lazy and took the time to come in to your establishment. I did mention my concern to a staff member but they told me they get in trouble if they dont. I take it as a slap in the face that they take priority to someone who is too lazy to come in and order over someone who took the time to come into the store physically. Management should realize that if someone is physically in your store and is ordering they should have priority over skip or drive thru.    Read moreThey really should get more staff working. Every single time Iâve been there, they have always been understaffed and the service has always been slow. Iâve only ever seen 1 staff working both the drive thru and the inside cash register. That 1 staff also is making the blizzards and packing the food. I waited 15 minutes to order, and when she finally approached me I asked if there was a cake, the girl said she would check but instead of checking she went back to help the customers in the drive thru. I waited another 5 minutes before she went to go check. If you donât want to wait 20-30min for your order I I would highly recommend going to a different Dairy Queen. I would NOT...
