My elderly mom and her four friends visited this restaurant for my uncle's b-day. My mom ordered a chicken ceasar salad. Once her order came and she began to eat, she realized that it was turkey and not chicken in her salad. So she told the waitress, who responded by saying, its supposed to be chicken, to which my mom replied, it isn't. Everyone at the table tried the meat and agreed it was turkey. The waitress hesitantly agreed to let the kitchen know. Upon her return, my mother was told that the cook insisted it's chicken and nothing was done to resolve the issue. Once finished their food, the table was cleared of all dishes, except for my mom's "turkey ceasar salad". It was just left there weirdly. So being my uncle's 76th birthday, they had brought a cake to celebrate. They asked the waitress for 5 clean side plates for cake and were told that there was a charge of $1.00 a plate. So they had to pay $5.00 extra dollars to use their plates??? Once done & cashing out, my mom made sure to ask that she not be charged the extra $9.00 for the chicken she never received. The waitress hesitantly got the cook/manager/owner, not sure which one he was, perhaps all three???Nevertheless he was rude and lacked serious customer service skills. He told my mom, bluntly, that she was wrong and that it was chicken he had served her. My mom insisted it wasn't chicken and if it was, then it had something very wrong with it. After my mom stood strong on not paying the additional $9.00, he reluctantly agreed. Terrible experience and a waste of money, especially paying a dollar an extra plate, just a plain empty plate, seriously??😐 Anyway, they just lost good customer's as that was their last...

Delivery was fast and efficient. I appreciated that. Hamburger steak was good...although the meat portion was a little small. Good amount of fries. I dug the fact that they included vegetables with it as well. Usually it is just fries.

I also had the fish and chips. Unfortunately this one was quite a let down. This was the main purpose behind my order. When it comes to good fish and chips I look for crispy, flaky, fresh and light fish and this was more chewy, soggy., heavy and tasted like it had been sitting out a long time. Same with the fries. No crunch at all...I will say there was almost no grease so good with that but at the same time a bit of grease is good for flavour. I saw at least one review saying this was the best fish and chips they ever had. It certainly wasn't that for me.

4 or 5 stars for delivery service. Just 2 on the food. I may give it another chance for other menu items but in the meantime my search for good fish and...

HORRIBLE !!!! STAY AWAY.

This use to be a lovely family owned restaurant. With great food, made with love. Friendly customer service. Food was good quality with great portions.

NOT ANYMORE. The restaurant has been sold to "new Canadians" that hardly speak English. They are rude, over priced and the food quality has gone down tremendously. Overcharging on condiments.

Tried to give them a couple chances. Order breakfast the potatoes were under cooked, and portion was small. Asked for no beans and replace with home fires. Extra charge.

Order lunches, couple sandwiches. Just bread and meat, dry no taste. Mostly fat on the meat. Called and was told that is how the sandwich comes with no sauce, they also change the garlic sauce to a lower quality sauce. Cutting corners to be cheap !! and over priced
