Be aware, English speaking people. One employee, on August 9th, 2022, around 6pm was not to happy with me because I ordered "2 donuts in French and I made the 'Mistake" of saying kruller" instead of roulette au miel. Monsieur was very upset and said "We are in Quebec, we speak French here". The whole order was in French except for the "bad boy: kruller" which is actually a German word. Beware customer service. They got my order wrong and after going back inside to correct my order they proceeded to remake the order with clear annoyance. Mon expérience au Tim Hortons a été décevante du début à la fin. Dès notre arrivée, la caissière qui a pris notre commande était nonchalante et impolie, comme si nous la dérangions. Pendant ce temps, un autre employé derrière elle tournait en rond, regardant le plafond sans rien faire. Après avoir attendu 10 minutes debout devant la caisse sans recevoir notre commande, nous avons décidé d'aller nous asseoir en attendant qu'on nous appelle. Pourtant, après un autre 30 minutes d'attente, toujours rien. À bout de patience, nous avons demandé ce qui se passait, et les employés n'avaient visiblement rien fait pour notre commande. Heureusement, la dame du grill s'est excusée poliment et a préparé nos items, mais à ce stade, l'attente et le service étaient inacceptables.
