Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Saint-Étienne-des-Grès

Where to start..?! This is by far the worst tim i have been to. Let’s say i tried it a few times to give them the benefit of the doubt.. Every time i either ended up leaving cursing in my truck or leaving with a bad experience all together. Today was too much, i stopped thinking it won’t take too long as there is only 2 cars ahead of us me but i took at least 10-15minutes for those 2 cars to go through… then i stopped and the mic and for 3 minutes there was nothing so i decided to just drive to the window and the lady kinda looked confused. I told her i was waiting there for a bit longer that it should have taken so i drove to the window. She answered , yeah we are only 2 working today.. how about a “welcome to tim hortons, can you wait for a minute please?”.. Anyway, i ask to get a breakfast wrap and she said we don’t have that.. hahah no breakfast wraps.. okay.. she said we only have bagel with yellow cheese and ham or bagel with beef… At this point i was hungry so i said just give me your bagel with beef and i will take it as a combo with the hashbrown and a coffee. She said we can’t do this.. i was baffled! I told her nevermind i will go somewhere else and she replied “yes probably a good idea we don’t have much here. Omg seriously this tim hortons needs to shut down.. the other day, it was a kid(probably 10 years old) that was doing the cooking at the back.. If i could give it a 0...

okay service, the only employee there did what they could. its 12pm and they can only do breakfasts but they're out of chicken, eggs and bacon... staff told me it was because they couldnt set up and there were more than 5 cars behind me. waited 20min to leave with 10 timbits that were there since 6am judging...
