Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Saint-Antonin

I think the fact that the score on reviews is 3.4 says it all. Obviously the franchise owner does not care. My husband and I pass through this community frequently as his family lives in Quebec and we live in NS. It is always a disappointment. Too small for the volume of people. No space for the lineup. If you are brave enough, you can either wait in the bathroom line, or face the people who are lined up when you finish; regardless, the bathroom (1 !! and unisex) has never been ‘clean’. Toilet seat and counter are always wet; not sure if it’s urine on the seat. Paper towels everywhere as the bin cannot hold all of them. It concerns me health-wise as to where the staff go to the bathroom and/or wash their hands…and as a result ordering food feels unsafe. Honestly, corporate Tim’s should be spot-checking...

The absolute worst Tim Hortons service ever. 3 on staff - 2 at drive thru&1 making sandwiches. Waited and waited. Finally asked if anyone was serving the counter. Finally someone came over to take order. No apology from staff. No hi how can I help you. Then the creamers needed filling. Received our ice cappuccino and 3 coffees - lid not on black fully; double double not hot and the last one was to gave 1/4 cream but got double. Tried to get attention before we left to have the last one fixed -- again ignored. Absolute disgrace to the brand. Quite literally the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been too. Waited 40 minutes and never even received my food. Had to get a refund. It seemed like a bunch of high-school kids with no manager. I felt bad for the girl making the food because you could tell she was brand new and didn't know what she was doing. But unfortunately for her there were 3 or 4 employees just standing around doing nothing while she was struggling. Hopefully she can get some training before it gets really busy next time.
