Absolutely terrible experience! I placed an online order through the Tim Hortons app, paid in full, and when I got to the store, they told me the items weren’t available. Seriously? Then they refused to give me any food and said I have to contact Tim Hortons myself for a refund. So basically, they took my money and gave me nothing! No refund, no help, just excuses.

I thought maybe it was just old but it tasted so rough I poured it out and saw the bottom of the cup as well as the sides was covered in coffee grounds. I watched 4 customers walk away from the front doors in 10 min without food.
