Subway — Restaurant in Saint-Esprit

I want to give a bad review to this Subway place at rue 215 near Esso . I would've given 0 stars if there was an option. The lady taking my order suddenly decided not to serve me because I don't speak French. I was being nothing but cooperative, and the other staff member just watched and let it happen. The lady spoke in English fluently with other customers, but suddenly she decided to have some fun. I'm not against learning a new language, but for a 5-day visitor in Montreal, understanding a fluent French speaker becomes challenging, let alone speaking. I would expect the staff to be more empathetic with non-French speakers. We love your language, and people should make an effort to learn it too, but if you're trying to put someone down just because of the language barrier, it just shows your personality. I hope that by sharing my experience, this Subway place can work towards fostering a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all customers, REGARDLESS of their language background. I was here this evening before closing time there is one girl name Catherine she is very nice and professional in customer service. She is so polite and friendly she make my experience better at this subway I recommend everyone to come at this spot also she makes my sandwich...

La gérante, Marie-eve je crois , Parle super mal à ses collègue de travails , parce que rappelons-le, ce sont vos collègue vous n’êtes pas le patron . La plupart de vos COLLÈGUES on l’aire de mieux gérer là job que vous , ce n’es pas la première fois que je viens à ce subway et plusieurs fois j’ai vue des jeunes au bord des larmes. Plusieurs ne travails plus ici , on ce demande pourquoi? Bref si j’étais le patron ferais longtemps qu’elle serais à la porte . Les filles 10/10 le service , vous êtes superbe.
