Amir — Restaurant in Saint-Eustache

Never going back to that place . Rude charges extra for everything. Ive got to say this store should be closed or given to someone else to take over. Doesnt put enough sauce and when asked to put more it's extra.puts half a pound of salade and almost no meat. This amir is a disgrace to the chain..... As you know I went there again only to be told you have changed your staff when that wasn't true that lady with the glasses is soooo rude that I'm never going back my order was clear and she was rude now I get the impression that you don't read your reviews considering I'm not the only bad review here. You are just horrible point final. Kabab gets my order right for the last 6 months so do I really need to speak Arabic for you to get it right ? I think not . Plus I left you a tip cause I thought you got it right cause I went to pay while that rude lady finished the order left the tip to the young one thinking it was done Right .. here a other tip from me you will never see me again . Get ride of the bad service and if there problem is the boss get ride of her clearly she hates her job...

The new owners are days fantastic above the past ones. The guys working the food counter are very nice and welcoming.

The food as usual is very good, you know what you get when you walk into an Amir.

One thing I do find unfortunate is that you're not always getting the freshest food of the hour. It depends on the clientele that day, if a lot of people are coming in, you can taste the difference in freshness (esp, the potatoes/salads). Since more customers would come in, newer batches of food would be prepared and you would be getting something that's a tad more fresh.

The proportions are good considering the prices but they used to be bigger. Nothing much to say, it is decent and delicious.

The atmosphere is as usual, a little bit empty with old seating that is reminiscent of 90s malls. The place has a lot of seating. A bit too much brown and beige but...

I had a fantastic experience at Amir on 25 Avenue in St-Eustache. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. The service was fast, friendly, and professional. What truly stood out was the attentiveness and warmth of both the team and the manager. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect and that I felt valued as a customer The manager was especially courteous and clearly takes great pride in providing excellent service. It’s refreshing to see such a wellrun restaurant where the staff genuinely care about the customers. The food, as always, was delicious and fresh but the hospitality made it even better.
