MED Pizza - Saint-Hyacinthe — Restaurant in Saint-Hyacinthe

With utmost disappointment I’m writing this review here. We called Med Pizza of Saint Hyacinthe at 8:20PM on September 17, 2023 to order 3 meals for our guest : a Combo 2 pizza Special “10 with chicken wings, 2 Trio Chicken Burger, and a soft drink. The Customer Service Representative (a female whose name we didn’t jot down) was extremely rude and Med Pizza is highly recommended to review its support service. Our guest had to overhear and experience such a terrible situation while we were ordering altogether. Med Pizza has just lost 4 clients. We understand perfectly how overwhelming it can be to deal with several incoming calls at the same time and we are very patient because we deal in customer service too. However, if this persists, Med Pizza will lose customers at large. We are not into requesting to sack your staffs but a proper review and training should be provided.

Wrong order twice as we dined in. My partner's pizza was brought to the table 20 minutes before mine was the first time. It was returned as it was not what I had ordered. 15 minutes later the second pizza came, same kind as the first-not what I ordered. Yan Roy, vous arriver au resto en demandant un combo- pizza que nous servons avec grand plaisir ,soit pepperoni fromage, ou toute garni, ou encore 1 viande et 2 légumes vous voulez avoir ce combo fou de la viande, (5 viandes) ce qui bien sûr comprends des extra viandes, vous auriez voulu l'avoir au même prix. Parce que je vous explique que cela ne fonctionne pas ainsi, vous vous offusquer et vous me dites recevoir un mauvais service de plus vous me menacer de me donner un mauvais avis. J'aurais dû plier a vos exigences pour ne pas avoir de mauvais commentaires .... Je crois vraiment que vous êtes un client qui veux manger a un prix moindre, si vous aviez vraiment envie d'une pizza fou de la viande, vous n'aviez qu'à la commander sans chialer sur le prix, un spécial est un spécial, on ne peux avoir tout ce qu'on veux dans un spécial, mais il ne faut pas pour autant dénigrer le service ( surtout que vous n'êtes pas rester) donc comment pouvez-vous évaluer avoir eu un mauvais...
