To begin with we can all take lessons of grace from the owners Josef, Christine and their staff Catherine their daughter and Joanne at the reception - We had reserved a three night package and on the Friday , there was a massive winter storm - They called me and offered to cancel , to change the dates or to accept us on a Saturday because of these challenging circumstances.||||As it turns out , we happily discovered this integrity and exceptional thoughtfulness is how their cohesive and wonderful team pampered us throughout our stay . The massages from Annie and Julie , were absolutely excellent . We felt - they went way above and beyond - the pedicure by Nancy and the manicure were so thorough and soooo professional .||||The spa area itself is very spacious and immaculate - There are multiple hot tubs and each has its own purpose from lavender to eucalyptus, from mud bath to an ice cold pool , from a swimming pool to a sauna and steam room to a sun room of floor to ceiling windows surrounded by a postcard winter scene of pine trees laden with “storm snow.”||||The Wonderful meals was another highlight of our stay -the buffer lunches , brunch or gastronomic supper - The quality of the dishes prepared was sooooooooo gooooood - From the smoked salmon that was the absolute best we ever have eaten, to the variety of fresh salads , roast beef with a wine and mushroom gravy and and and - too hard to resist deserts - we had to go for a walk once done! .||||The staff in the dining room Naomi, Catherine , Nicholas and Annie took great care of us .||||The location made it ideal for us as well as being about one hour from MONTRÉAL - Our room with two queen beds and 4 extra large windows overlooking the countryside was comfortable Quiet , immaculate and peaceful. ||||It was not a surprise to discover repeat visitors that have come for years from as far away as Cape Cod , ||||Hurricane Grandma and I feel soooooo rejuvenated and relaxed - .we will come back as soon as possible - it simply did wonders for our...

Read moreI came to EuroSpa years ago and had such a wonderful time. Driving up here this weekend, I kept telling myself it couldn't possibly be as good as I remembered it. But once again, this place completely exceeded my expectations. Firstly, Joanne was sweet and helpful; I had written down my food allergies on the form and without being prompted, she told me she would make the kitchen aware. She also showed me the ingredients list for the massage oil at reception, an oil they told me they chose because it's hypoallergenic. 10/10 Joanne. Cue Francine in the restaurant who, again without being prompted, acknowledged my allergies and straight away showed me what I could eat. At dinner, she also suggested she get me something à la carte so it would be allergy friendly. There is literally not a restaurant in the world that has ever handled my food allergies better!! 10/10 Francine. Corinne the massage therapist worked out every sore spot including ones I didn't even know were there. 10/10 Corinne. The owners and cleaning crew keep this place SPOTLESS, which is not always true at some of the higher-end spas. Christine, the owner, is the definition of hospitable. She asked me, by name, how everything was every time she saw me. The spa installations are as good as Sky or Scandinave, and there's a beautiful, tranquil garden with flowers, birds, chipmunks, frogs, dragonflies, you name it. The atmosphere is calm and the guests are quiet and respectful (again, unlike some of the spas that charge twice as much). Tasty food, comfortable room, unbeatable price. 10/10 Christine and 10/10 EuroSpa.
Update: I forgot my charger in my room and they mailed it back to me within a...
