Pros: Two soda refill machines; Place was quite clean including the bathrooms; Ketchup with cups available (hate sachets); Food was exactly what ordered (no errors); Ice cream machine was working (believe me, this is a pro). Cons: Although staff was quite friendly, it was quite slow too for a McDonald's. I feel bad saying this because, again, the employees were all quite friendly and attentive.

Je suis morte de faim, les sachets de la sauce salsa sont sales. Ah! Non, ça m'a assez coupé bein sec l'appétit leurs burritos 🌯 froids , très froids et leurs sachets de sauces salsa bien sales. Quand je dis sales ce n'est pas au sens figuré, au sens propre... Ils devraient nettoyer leur cuisine et tout changer leurs aliments parce que je ne suis pas sûre qu'ils nourrissent le monde avec de la bouffe propre avec ce que j'ai vu. Quand tu viens de très loin , on vient de Lac-Mégantic pour aller manger ce qui est pas mangeable, pas fort. Si on était pas pressé et sans trailer, j'allais rentré leurs montrer leurs bons repas. Payer assez cher et pas les manger à la fin tellement c'était dégueulasse 😫🤔🤮🤢

Bonjour, je reviens tout juste de prendre possession d’un trio McPoulet et malheureusement pour le restaurant un jeune à dû décidé de faire une blague! Au lieu d’une boulette normale j’ai eu une croquette entre deux pains!!! Wow l’imbécilité toi! Je déconseille fortement, qui sait ce qu’ils peuvent faire d’autre après ça. La confiance de la clientèle est dure à gagner, mais très facile à perdre. Maintenant je dois retourner au restaurant pour avoir un souper descends, merci l’écervelé. M-À-J : ma conjointe y est retourné pour refaire le trio et le jeune responsable à RIT fier de lui !!!!! Alors que la Gérante s'excusait pour lui . Pathétique vraiment.

Every time, and I mean every single time I ordered here, they somehow get it always wrong. It's actually impressive how they manage to not get the simplest of orders correct. I stopped going to that one because we have like 4 in Saint-Jerome but tried it again because they (supposedly) have a 24h drive thru. When I finally got the correct order after giving them back the wrong one, the burger I ordered was really messed up, I know you don't go to McDonald's for presentation but this was actually atrocious, I first thought I only had one bun because how crooked they did it. So just avoid this McDonald's...

We waited for five minutes at the cashier before I asked a manager if anyone was working there taking orders. She apologized and took our order herself. I gave 1 star because the order was ready quick, and I know why...the fries were not hot at all and tasted like they had been there all day. The nuggets were dry and looked a bit burnt on the outside...for sure the oil is old and needs to be changed. The tables were cleaned by us when we finally sat down. McDos is really starting to go down hill with quality and service seemingly a thing of the past. I will not be back at this...

Absolutely horrible. EXTREMELY long wait at the drive through and more waiting after I paid. I even walked in to ask what was going on and no one even turned to talk to me. They ignored me . When I saw the young girl going out with a bag I asked if this was the order I was waiting for and it was. The whole drive through experience took approx 20 minutes. In the car, driving away, I started to eat and the food was cold and stale. An absolute waste of time and money. I wrote them an email. Let's see if...
