I placed a mobile order at this Tim’s while traveling, and it was a frustrating experience. After ordering an iced coffee and a quencher, I walked into the empty store to find two employees working, yet neither acknowledged me. I waited for 10 minutes with my order marked as "in preparation." When I asked about it, I was told I should have reordered at the counter, despite the app and their screen saying I didn’t need to.
Another 10 minutes passed, and my order still wasn’t ready. When I requested a refund for the lack of communication, they dismissed my request, saying it would take longer than just making my drinks.
Eventually, I found out they only received one of my drinks and didn’t have the quencher. The female employee simply handed me a canned quencher as a substitute without any apology.

Also, when I placed an online order they told me that their spresso machine was broken and couldn’t fulfill the order and that I have to cancel online. But when I reached out online they said I should’ve been refunded in branch- even the branch supervisor told us that they couldn’t cancel the order since it was online.
