Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Saint-Jacques

Disappointed by the service — even for a simple order.

I stopped by Tim Hortons today to grab something simple: a cold coffee and some potato wedges. It took over five minutes just to place the order, not even counting the wait to get the food. The line was huge, and when it was finally my turn, the woman taking my order kept interrupting the process to serve other customers.

I clearly asked twice for just a little bit of cream in my cold coffee. What I got tasted like cream with a drop of coffee, not the other way around.

Smaller location with a limited menu. That cant be counted againts them. For such a small place it has a good size team. Customer service is great. Watchout during busy hours. The lineup can get quite big. Wait time is often longer outside (drive-thru) then...
