Stop here before or after your trip to the canyon and get yourself some poutine da boss! Bacon, beef, sausage (hotdog), with cheese curds, fries, and gravy. We ordered it not knowing what to expect and we're pleasantly surprised.

Seemed like they mostly only speak French here, it would help to have a picture menu with descriptions of what's in each dish, but...
