Good cider place. Prices are pretty decent. But if you care for a good service in general i strongly suggest going elsewhere. Brunch ends at 2pm, we had a reservation Saturday oct 5 at 2:30pm, we couldn't brunch. Our fault, it said it on the menu. But as soon as we got there, we were placed on a table of 6 next to the big terrasse door and there was constant wind from the huge door. Like a cold fan blowing on you constantly. We asked to be changed tables as 2 other tables of 6 were empty and we were told ''no'' and that it was reserved for the 5pm service (mind you it was 2:30pm). The hostess just looked at us making us understand there's not much she can do, despite half the restaurant being empty. We tried to switched tables and someone from our group asked again to switch tables. She said they will keep the terrasse door closed and waiters will use the back door. That wasn't respected either, they kept opening and closing it. The cider took 45 min to arrive. We were told from the beginning we had our table for 1:45h (meh..) because of the 5pm service (again). They forgot our main course and 2h later we asked about it, and they said they mixed it up and put it for the 5pm service. They put a rush on it... but yea. There's a lack of workforce at it shows. Try maybe going at 5pm, maybe you will get a better service since we all sense an hyper fixation with that time service. Mind you the other tables of 6 remained empty the entire time we lunched. I feel like they hired very young people, that truly have no interest than just showing up. We won't go again. Too bad cause that place has so...

This is a good place to drop by if in the area. We wanted to see the apple area while in Quebec, post apple picking season.

Cidrerie Lacroix was able to seat us within 5 minutes, however the menu for vegetarians is limited and removing meat or salmon from a meal without reducing the price is not an option, it is an insult. At least offer a vegetable substitute I think they tried (a bit but it didn't work out).

I will admit our waiter could not have been more patient, polite or friendly if he tried. Would tell folks to go just based on the service!!!

We ended up with Mac n cheese bacon with held. Cider flight $12 and then an extra cider after finding the one we liked. Dry cider, a Chai, Radler (blood orange) and a Pine (kind of tart).

We stopped by the store and picked up a pack of the Radler cider, a pint of maple Taffy (boiled down maple syrup) called Tire d ' erable and a three pack of flavored honey. The woman in the store that helped us was friendly, funny, helpful (informative) and just so enjoyed talking to her about the products.

Took a few photos outside, the grounds were lovely and in spring, summer and early fall it would be lovely to picnic.

Overall, go and enjoy! They do fill up just before Christmas (the waiter told us corporation like to take folks for lunch/dinner as an appreciation, so book a reservation) and are closed just before Christmas (Dec 22? -...

We came here for a small, 2 person birthday dinner on Saturday (may 4th). When we arrived, there was a very large and loud group of people for a 60th birthday party (which is totally fair, but they were taking up a majority of the restaurant and were screaming to eachother across tables, we could barely hear eachother talk). We were sat in the corner of the restaurant, it took a long time for someone to come get our order, and took even longer to get our entrée. There was a couple that got there 30 minutes after us but got their food before we even got our entrée. When we finally got our entrée, it was brought to us by kitchen staff, who said the waitress would come by to explain the dish to us. So, we waited. 2 minutes, 5 minutes, 7 minutes... nothing. Nobody ever showed up to explain the charcuterie board to us. So we ate, not knowing what was what, and then had to keep waiting for a long time to get the rest of our food. The food was great, but we were there for over 2 hours and felt very neglected by the wait staff, who barely came in to check on us or ask if we wanted more drinks. So basically, good food, but...

It was our first experience there. And it was perfect, the food the ambiance the place, just wow. Even in these hard time with low staff they still manage to really deliver. I raise my hat to the 2 cooks in the kitchen ( yes i said 2) who were able to send out beautiful and savory dishes. The choice of cider are very good( ratler cider and peche were my favorite ) price wise i would say that it's more medium high... but considering all the price rise due to covid/food price/etc I must say thay in the end you get what you pay for. That being said I had no problem paying the price on the menu since every dish was savory and everybody was pleased. Also want to give a thanks to our waitress wich was also excellent. Thanks for making this a memorable night for us. Will see you soon

Very clean and well maintained. I ordered the salmon Benedictine for brunch. The food tastes okay but the portion was small. Enjoyed their cider tasting four varieties for 12$. I like the fact that they let you choose which four drinks you want. But it was sad that during the brunch time, we can’t order the meat and cheese platter to go with the drink. It’s on the dinner menu only. They require a three dollar entry fee for the orchard, and some section in the orchard was not opened to public. Nice boutique area, but there was nobody there serving for cider tasting section, and seems the tasting was not free. Overall I enjoyed the experience. This might be the cleanest and most well maintained orchard, but just a little pricier than other orchards I have been.
