September 20, 2022 11:30 am 0 stars out of 5 DON’T STOP HERE! TERRIBLE SLOW UNFRIENDLY SERVICE! Got our order WRONG! DIDN’T APOLOGISE! Made us feel like it was OUR fault she got it wrong!!! The young female employee with dark hair and round face and body-who had the facial expression of a bulldog-got our order wrong. When my partner told her politely, she looked annoyed, did NOT apologize, and said he got what he paid for! My partner told her we were missing a drink and same size fry as 1 she gave us. the female employee looked annoyed again, and went to the cash to create A new order for those items she forgot for our order-my partner paid. Employee gave him a smaller size of fries than mine-wrong size-luckily she charged us for the smaller size. Fries were stone cold so I asked for fresher fries-in French. She looked annoyed, took my tray and tossed old fries in the garbage WITH OUR RECEIPTS-which we needed! Said it would take 2 minutes for fresh fries-I said ok thank you-in French. I told her I need the receipts she threw out-again she looked annoyed, sighed, and spent the next 5 minutes figuring out how to reprint our receipts-finally she did ! She gave me new fries on a tray, which she practically threw on the counter in front of me and walked away so icy like she was the queen. I said thank you in French. The recent reviews are pretty accurate, order took a long while and was inaccurate. I know a bit of French but I figured using the Self-Order would be better to prevent issues. The machine was in french but I know I ordered an XL Double Double as the receipt even said so. Instead I received 1 Milk and a bit of sugar. I believe what happened was the previous customer forgot his coffee, came back, they handed him one and I think that was mine. Oh well, it was midnight and not worth the trouble trying to speak French. I suppose it's convenient since there's nearly nothing until Quebec and even then it's hard to find...

Had a coupon for a discounted morning trio. They had no coffee nor any warm drink and refused to sell me the trio for the discounted price because I had to have it with coffee, which they did not have. I offered to buy the trio for the discount price without any drinks, but still they refused to sell it to me saying I had to buy the items separately which came out much more expensive.
