Royal Pizzeria Express — Restaurant in Saint-Lazare

I’m giving this restaurant a 3 star review as I love going there when the owner is present and is the cook in back as he always makes sure the food is #1 and he wants the clients to be happy. He has apologized for a few mistakes the cooks previously made in the past and resolved everything with us. Today on November 7th 2 pm we decided to go back and get a pizza and salad. Getting into the vehicle my girlfriend opens it up and says there’s clearly no salad dressing in it she even tasted it to make sure and there was none. I go back in the restaurant and the employe at the cash argued saying she sees the salad dressing. I had previously took a picture of the owners salad that he had made for me cause it was absolutely perfect. And told her this is how the owner makes it so she decided to put salad dressing on it after all. Point of the story I notice when the owner is not present you clearly see the service by the employees and cook is completely different and theres no effort made while serving the customers. If the owner would like to see the pictures of the salad without dressing and the effort they made while doing the salad compared to his he can always...

I’m really disappointed to give this restaurant a bad review as myself, and many of the people I recommended to order here..have been disappointed highly the last few times..this place used to be great but sadly it’s gone down hill about 8-6 months ago …always making mistakes on orders recently, and the entire food quality has dropped. The staff In front is friendly, but the kitchen managing isn’t being done well.. orders are forgotten and only notice when customer arrive to pick up..Pizzas are over cooked..fries undercooked ..and rancid tasting bacon… I’m sorry but me and my friends will no longer be ordering here anymore …hope some improvements happen.. cause we have given it a few chances hoping it would get better but it just keeps getting...

i started off by placing my order for dilvery, which went okay. I get a call back saying that their going to charge me an extra 5 $ because i dont live within the 10 km free dilvery charge. i immediately go on google Maps and enter the restaurants address, and 12km is popping up for me. The guy was arguing on the phone with me saying he has 3 gps and 2 of them are saying i live 15km and the other one16 km ( my bf check his phone and 2 different routes pop up 15km and 12km) and telling me he can show me a photo. They also made a mistake with our order and demanded for their mistake order back untouched in order for us to get a replacement ( we are starving!!!) never got a replacement - never ordering from...
