Been through here twice when travelling. Both times the food was bad. First time order was wrong, and the sandwiches were made so sloppy they basically fell apart making it inedible in the car. Drinks were fine, service was slow as all hell but polite. Second time through and again service slow but polite. Farmers wrap tasted like the hashbrowns were made yesturday. Stale, unappetizing, chewy texture all the way through my whole wrap. Clearly not going by shelf life times.
This location great for coffee, food not so much. Don't be in a rush.
Update "the link provided for further support" is not functional for Canadian. When trying to find a Canadian location it only shows USA Tim Hortons, and I have tried multiple time. Not worth time. Just so better for service and quality instead of trying to send customers on a wild...
Read moreI need a reply from store manager about this behaviour. We had worst experience at the location. Rude and Racist behaviour! The night shift worker at the location threw coffee in a bin in front of us so frustrated when at the first place he wasnât clear about the order he is taking. Secondly, he made worst coffee possible to show his anger, its not like he owned that tim hortons, he is only worker and when i asked he didât revealed his name, and had an even audacity to laugh at us. We were still so respectful but then when i went to order again, that person kept us waiting until another girl came to assist us( this whole thing happened on 1st july 2025 around 3 am), CLEARLY RACIST BEHAVIOUR. I need store managerâs reply on this or i know well how to complaint to the main branch. I need solution or reply on this...
Read moreThe sandwiches? Terrible. The chocolate milk? Not bad, a light 6/10. The sandwiches in the states, just 30 or so minutes from this location are delicious, the ones from this location tasted off, idk what the deal is but eating the sandwich was a disappointing and unpleasant experience. All I could think about when sipping on my chocolate milk was that I just wanted to go back to Maine to get a Houlton dairy farm's chocolate milk asap. The french lady behind the counter kind of looked confused, as if she didn't know where she was, but was generally prompt with taking our orders. I may hesitate stopping at this Horton's next time as I take an annual trip to Piss Jug Valley in Moncton...
