Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Saint-Lin–Laurentides

Everytime I go there it is a gamble on if the interior is open or not and since I do my orders through the app I often get told that this isn't their problem and to go order to another tim hortons which is really bad customer service. as for the opening times those are literally just a recommendation as this past week they haven't been open once at 6-7am even though on their door and on the Internet it says that this location is open from 5am to 11pm.

and the few times I can actually get inside to get my orders they are never ready even though I put them through 30 minutes in advance. Last time I ordered my usual 30 minutes in advance arrived on location was told that they didn't notice the order. I then waited ANOTHER 30 minutes before asking again and being told that they forgot to prepare it which then took another 15 minutes to make a ham and cheese sandwich with a small iced capp. I could understand if there was a rush at the drive or inside but it was literally dead for the whole time I was there and a majority of the staff are just hanging out at the sandwich station talking and laughing.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to in my life. The "children" that work there ( I say children because of there childish attitude not just their age) have little to no respect. My order is never done correctly, and the quality is horrible. The workers there really need to have a formation on how to make our sandwiches because they are all children who still have mommy making their food at home. It is encouraging to see the young population work but not when they give little to no effort in their job. Another thing about this tim hortons is that I never recieved the extras I order. I order around $4.50 minimum in extras that I don't recieve, so imagine if they do this to let's just say 100 people in the day, that's a good $450.00 they steal from our pockets. Waited 30 mins in drive through got to the ordering window and was told I couldn’t order cause their cash registers didn’t work. Never going back here. They also don’t work past 9 at night and the coffee has always been cold and the donuts as well. I’ll drive farther to get better service and food.
