First of all, really like that the gravy was vegetarian.

We also got the bonbon aux patates which I thought was gonna be a warmer sweet treat but it was a cold ready made one. It just tasted like fudge.

As for the poutine itself, I think it was kind of lacking flavour and we needed to put salt on it. The curds were way too big and could have been smaller and more gravy should be put on top of the curds rather than at the bottom.

I think the quality of the ingredients were top notch but the flavour could be enhanced a little bit.

Also the normal fries should be more crispy rather than soft and those also came...

We were heading out to the island to look for supper at Resto Pub when we drove past this little gem. Being as both myself and my partner like trying places off the beaten path we changed plans and stopped here. Definitely the best choice we could have made.
