Restaurant Au Casseau — Restaurant in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts

The food was very good. Especially the hamburgers. However I’m giving a low rating because the service was horrific. The woman who was taking my order was extremely rude to me once she discovered I do not speak French. When she took my order she was writing everything down in her pad until I got to the word ‘relsih’ She then threw her pen and pad ask told the young man working there that she could not understand a word I’m saying and to take the order for her. This was once she already wrote down everything I had said. If I asked her something she would roll her eyes at me and huff and puff before giving me what I had asked for, clearly understanding what I had said. This woman needs to understand when you work in the service industry in Quebec that it is a bilingual provide and you will get costumers that speak English and/or French. No matter what language someone speaks to you in these people are giving you their hard earned money and should be treated with respect. Losing a costumer is not worth your disdain towards them. Hope she treats people better...
